2026-27 Season Overview

This in-season program is designed to support female hockey players both on and off  the ice through evidence-based nutrition education and mental performance training. By combining preseason foundation sessions with short, consistent in-season check-ins, athletes build habits that enhance performance,

recovery, confidence, and team culture, without overwhelming teams’ already busy schedules.

The program is led by a certified sports nutritionist and a mental performance coach/sports psychologist, with optional add-ons for athletic training and recruiting education.

AUGUST

Pre-Season Foundations

The program begins with two one-hour introductory workshops to establish a strong foundation before the season starts:

MENTAL SKILLS WORKSHOP (60 MINUTES) - Introduces mental performance skills such as confidence, decision-making, focus, emotional regulation, and goal setting.

Parents are strongly encouraged to attend these workshops to better understand how to support their athletes throughout the season.
