Kick off the day with an exclusive seminar led by GWHA nutritionists, sports psychologists, and athletic trainers, sharing insider knowledge on what it takes to fuel, train, and support elite athletes. Players will have the opportunity to connect with all coaches and ask questions.
Then, watch the NY Sirens take on Montreal Victoire in an action-packed matchup between two powerhouse teams: both teams' first game back from the Olympics.
Cap off the evening with a post-game Q&A featuring Sirens players, where you’ll get behind-the-scenes insights into life on the ice, teamwork, and their journey to success.
