OUR TEAM

Athletic Mindset Coach
Danielle McDonough
played in the National Women’s Hockey League for 2 years and professionally in Lugano, Switzerland for 2 years. She played Division 1 for Providence College, where she helped lead the team to 4 consecutive league championships. After retiring from professional sport Danielle earned her MA in Sport & Exercise Psychology and is now CEO of Peak Performance Training LLC. She is the official Mental Skills Coach for the USA Hockey National Development Camp and author of The Empowered Athlete—Self-Confidence, Self-Acceptance, and Self-Worth: An Athlete’s Guide to Excellence.

Licensed Psychologist
Dr. Katie Peterson
played Division 1 hockey at the University of Minnesota, winning two National Championships. Katie Peterson, PsyD, LP, provides clinical services for a wide range of individuals. She has worked in the field for over 7 years, helping youth and adults grow and accomplish their goals. Katie uses evidence-based approaches in her work to increase confidence, improve self-esteem, create meaningful change, and achieve top performance.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, CNSC)
Courtney Marino
is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN, CNSC) with four years of clinical experience and a lifelong passion for hockey. A former two-time assistant captain for the University of Delaware's ACHA Women's Division II hockey team, she has also served as head coach of the Morristown Beard Girls JV Ice Hockey team and has been a hockey skating and skills instructor for more than a decade. Courtney combines her expertise in clinical and metabolic nutrition with firsthand experience in athlete development, helping athletes fuel for performance, maximize recovery, and achieve their goals.

Athletic Trainer
Morgan Martin
earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Master's degree in athletic training from Lebanon Valley College, where she played 4 years of NCAA DIII ice hockey. She then went on to serve 2 seasons as an athletic trainer for Salem State University, where she traveled with the university's women's ice hockey team. She currently works with the air crew at Seymour-Johnson Air Force Base in North Carolina.

Certified Sports Nutritionist
Stefanie Rock
is a certified sports nutritionist specializing in the unique needs of youth and teen athletes- including fundamentals specific to female athletes- so they can confidently, and accurately, fuel their game & foundation to maximize performance and recovery, strengthen their developmental growth, and minimize their risk of non-contact injury.
Working with athletes, teams, and organizations throughout the US and Canada, Stefanie is passionate about empowering the next generation of athletes and eliminating fueling confusion for athletes and parents.

Hockey Advisor
Taylor Borrelli
served as the Regional Girls Hockey Director and Hockey Director for York Devils Girls for 2 years. During her time with York, Taylor coached the U19 girls' team, placing several athletes at Tier 1, NCAA, and ACHA schools.
Taylor played four years NCAA Division III ice hockey at Lebanon Valley College as a top defensemen.
Today, she works with girls players of all ages in their transition from youth to college hockey, Tier 2 to Tier 1, and everywhere in between.
